Dance to Evolve is an innovative project in the dance education industry developed to give hassle free digital experience for all age group of people. About the development phaseof this project , three developers has completed this in the time span of 140 hours by using the languages like HTML, CSS, Java Script , and Word press ( elementor ) .

This website consist some essential features like class registration, details scheduling, Location specific information that should be accessible in different language. Here class registration system is designed intuitively, where users can easily enroll in the classes, view class availability and get confirmations.

Talking about the complexity we had phase during the development process was managing class schedule across multiple locations. As each location required specific information and unique headers, and dynamic content management system. While developing we ensure that users receive accurate and up-to date information with respect to their specific location..

Overall, Dance to Evolve project that refine our ability to deliver customizable web development services that address complex challenges.

The Challenge

Managing class schedules across multiple studio locations while ensuring the information remains accurate and easy to navigate for users, implementing and maintaining multiple header structures tailored for different locations to provide localized navigation and improve the user experience.

Our Strategy

Build a centralized platform that manages classes, locations, and schedules from a single admin dashboard. Each location should function as a dedicated section where users can view available classes, schedules, and register easily.

Use dynamic templates to display location-specific information such as headers, contact details, and class listings without creating separate websites for each location. Implement a calendar-based scheduling system to manage classes across multiple locations and prevent conflicts.

Design a simple user flow: Select Location → Choose Class → View Schedule → Register. Integrate multi-language support so users can access content in their preferred language.

Ensure scalability by using optimized database structures and modular components, allowing future additions like payment integration, instructor management, and automated notifications.
